Parliament Hill is never the most inviting of venues - parking can be a nightmare, the course is always wet and the hills never go away!
A pleasing total of 180 boys and 150 Girls. Boys up and Girls down on finishers over last year.
The well attended re-arranged Middlesex AA Cross Country Championships saw a big haul of medals for the junior Humbugs. Once again our team strength is split between two counties which particularly affects the girls results in which some of our better runners qualify for Hertfordshire. On a challenging course which .. 
While the Met League made an early decision to cancel four days in advance the Apex Chiltern League organisers delayed until Friday before host club Bedford & County AC decided that the course at Shuttleworth Park was fit for racing - and what a course ..... fast, flat parkland interspersed .. 
Just three athletes travelled down to Wales for the latest round of the McCain UK Cross Challenge. Although the sharp end of the fields in each race were very strong, overall numbers were very low for such a prestigeous and well organised event in Blackweir Park, just north of the ..
