2:30pm Under 15 Girls Years 8/9 Race 3050m 1xSmall + 1xLarge lap
2:45pm Under 15 Boys Years 8/9 Race 3750m 2xLarge laps
3:00pm Under 17/19 Girls Years 10/11/12/13 Race 3050m 1xSmall + 1xLarge lap

Ages are strictly taken from 1.9.10 (i.e. the end of the academic year – age groupings therefore appear to be one year older than soccer/netball/hockey etc.)

Tuesday 29th September Boys Cross Country 4:15pm First race (Year 7s)

Wednesday 7th October Boys 4:15pm First race (Year 7s)

Tuesday 13th October Boys 4:15pm First race (Year 7s)

Wednesday 30th September Girls 3.30pm First Race (Year 7s)

Tuesday 6th October Girls 3.30pm First Race (Year 7s)

Wednesday 14th October Girls 3.30pm First Race (Year 7s)

There will be three races at each meeting, each over a two lap course of 2600metres.
Year 7
Year 8
Year 9/11/12/13 with separate scoring for Year 9 and Years 10/11/12/13

Schools are encouraged to enter any number of runners in each race with the top four scoring in each age group. Pupils can only run in their own year group.
